Henry Chen,  V.P. Network Storage Division

Dr. Chen is System Architecture and Digital Electronics Specialist. He is responsible for new product research and development. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering (EE+CS) from Univ. of Illinois. He has over 25 years' experience in design and development of microprocessor-based control systems,  network communication devices, network storage devices, telecommunication devices and the embedded systems for industrial control.

Chung Chu,  Director of Marketing/Operation

Mr. Chu is a general management professional with over 8 years of experience in developing new business strategies with focus on assuring total customer satisfaction.   He also possesses a talent for analyzing problems, developing procedures and finding innovative solutions.  He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii.  

Erroll Jenkins, Director of Sales

Mr. Jenkins is responsible for the Overall direction of the Sales Department. Erroll has over 15 years of extensive experience in developing and managing a professional sales team. Erroll holds a BA degree from USL and is currently working on his Master at SFSU in San Ramon.

Robin Tso, Product/Purchasing Manager

Mr. Tso is responsible for system implementation, product research, and procurement process.  He holds a MS degree in Computer Science and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing analyzing, and product development and research.

Jesse Ku, IT Director

Mr. Ku is Information Technology Specialist. He is responsible for IT management, Customer Service & Support.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).  He has over 16 years' experience in the computer hardware and software industry.

Harry Lau, Service Coordinator

Mr. Lau is responsible for support IT and Operations. He has over 12 years of experience in document control and HR issues in the high-tech industry.  He has a BS degree in Biology from the University of California, Davis and an AS degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Heald’s College in SF.

Robert Chu, System Engineer

Mr. Chu has more than 13 years’ experience in the field of information technology.  He is specialized in system integration, operating system and network administration, and database management. Robert received a MS degree in computer science from New York University in 1987 and was engaged in the computer industry ever since.

Karl Wei, Software Engineer

Mr. Wei  has broad-based information technology experience in Linux development; network programming, Linux / Unix support, and network administration. He received a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. he is responsible for designing SAN products, program analyzing, software development, support Linux/Windows NT/2000 network administration and trouble-shooting.   

Alexander Pummer,  Wireless Consultant

Dr. Pummer is a  wireless communication Specialist. He holds 5 patents in the RF field. He has over 20 years' experience in design and development of wireless systems, Deflection Amplifier for Mass Spectroscopy, Spread spectrum 2.4GHz short haul link, 3.1GHz PLL and Timing Recovery systems, etc. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. 

P. C. Lu,  Fiber- Optic Consultant

Dr. Lu has over 17 years' experience in high capacity fiber-optic networks.  He was with Prime Optical Fiber Corp.  for 5 years.   His current researches involve optical access networks and fiber Bragg gratings in DWDM transmission systems.  He holds Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Univ. of Illinois.

Alan de Schweinitz, Telecommunication Consultant

Mr. de Schweinitz is a Telecommunication Specialist. He holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering.  He has over 25 years' experience in design and development of telecommunication devices.   He is also an EMI expert.
